Lesson 3: Full Anatomy

Knowing all of the parts of a human has become a goal in your life. You want to be able to name, locate, and classify every human part into the various body systems. Well, this simulation is right for you. Activate your cerebellum, brain lobes, and your precentral gyrus (just to mention a few parts of your brain) and investigate the amazing parts of the human body.

Doing the science

1. Open the Body Paint simulation.
2. Select the “Practice Mode” and “Level 3.”
3. Select the “Begin” button.
4. Select “Circulatory” from the left side of the screen.
5. Select “Heart” from the right side of the screen.
6. On the drawing, select a part shown in one color. Move the part to its name on the right side of the screen. Note that as you move the part’s color to the name, the name’s color changes to match the part’s color.
7. Continue doing this until you have matched all parts with their correct names.
8. Select the “Check Answer” button at the bottom of the screen.
9. If needed, repeat steps 6–8 until you have matched all parts and names correctly.
10. Select the “Circulatory” link at the top left of the screen.
11. Repeat steps 6–9 until you have completed all parts of the circulatory system.
12. Select the “Circulatory” link at the top left of the screen twice to return to the main level 3 menu.
13. Select and investigate the various other systems of the human body: digestive, endocrine, muscular, nervous, respiratory, and skeletal.
